DELIVERY

We will deliver your rentals to the location of your use or preparation (common locations: event venue, florist, or to the event planner).  Decor comes inspected, boxed, and labeled and dropped off based on the provided instructions.

$200 for locations within a 30 mile radius of 44236. +$1 per mile beyond 30 mile radius. Beyond a 50 mile radius must be pre-approved.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Your items may be delivered to your event space and installed by the Curated Vessel event services team.  Curated Vessel requires a consultation meeting with the renter leading up to the event day to ensure that all items are displayed based on the renter's instructions.

Prices are set based on # of rentals, location of delivery, timeframe for set up, and complexity of instructions. This service is based on availability. Request a quote for this service by reaching out to [email protected].

PICK-UP

The renter's items may be picked up at the location of their use (common locations: event venue, florist, or to the event planner).

Items must be packaged into designated packaging following the instruction sheet provided by Curated Vessel. Items must be stored indoors until pickup.

$200 add-on package for locations within a 30 mile radius of 44236. +$1 per mile beyond 30 mile radius. Beyond a 50 mile radius must be pre-approved. Weekend and after-hours (after 10 PM are subject to an additional $50 fee).

PACKAGING + PICK-UP

Your items will be picked up at the event space and packaged by the Curated Vessel event services team.

Delivery & Pick-Up fees are waived for renters that pick-up/drop-off their rentals at an agreed upon time (Summit County & Cuyahoga County locations available).

Delivery & Pick-Up fees are waived for our Premier Venue Partner The Elliot (1415 Kenilworth, Cleveland) & installation fees are waived for Elliot Events planning and coordination clients.
